Book an Appointment

Reserve time with a named specialist at any of our 42 branches, or meet by secure video instead.

You see the name of the person before you confirm the time

Appointments open 30 days ahead and are shown by individual banker, not by a generic queue. If you worked with someone on your last auto loan, book that person again rather than starting the story over with a stranger. Video slots draw from all 42 branches at once, so they usually free up sooner than a specific lobby. Confirmations arrive by email with a calendar file and the document list for your reason, and we text a reminder the day before.

Times are what we actually block on the calendar, not optimistic estimates.

Bring this

What to have with you, by reason

Right paperwork is the difference between one visit and three.

Opening a membership An unexpired government photo ID, your Social Security number, and $5 for the share deposit that makes you an owner. Joint owners must attend or sign later in person. Details at become a member.
Auto or personal loan Two recent pay stubs, proof of insurance if a vehicle is involved, and the purchase agreement or payoff statement. Self-employed borrowers bring two years of returns instead of stubs.
Mortgage consultation Two months of statements for every account, two years of W-2s, recent pay stubs, and your homeowners policy if refinancing. See purchase mortgage for the full list.
Business account opening Formation documents, the EIN letter, a photo ID for every signer, and any trade name registration. All owners at 20 percent or more will need to sign, so bring them or schedule a second signing.
Notary appointment Unsigned documents, an unexpired photo ID, and any witnesses the document requires. Notary service is free for members. We cannot notarize a document that has already been signed elsewhere.
Financial counseling A rough list of debts with balances and rates, one month of spending, and your take-home pay. Nothing needs to be tidy; our certified counselors sort messy piles for a living.

Branch or video

Meet in a branch when originals, signatures, notarization, or a safe deposit key are involved, and when more than two people need to be around the table. Lobby appointments run weekdays from 9am to 5pm, with Saturday morning slots at eighteen locations listed on the locator. Choose video when the drive is the only obstacle. You get a secure link by email with nothing to install, you can share your screen to walk through a statement together, and identity verification happens the same way it does at a counter.

Whichever you pick, come with the question you have been putting off rather than the polite version. Members who bring a real number, a real deadline, or a real worry leave with an answer. Those who bring a vague inquiry usually book a second appointment. If you are not yet a member, book anyway; a good share of first meetings are exactly that conversation, and the $5 opening deposit can be made before you leave.

Common questions

Before you book

What if I am running late?

Call the branch. We hold the slot for ten minutes and will usually still see you after that, though the meeting may be shorter. Rescheduling takes about fifteen seconds and is available up to two hours beforehand.

Can I bring my partner or my accountant?

Please do, and note it when you book so we reserve a room with enough chairs. If they are joining by video we send them a separate link. Every business owner at 20 percent or more will need to sign eventually anyway.

Can I meet outside normal hours?

Business bankers hold a limited set of early morning and evening video slots for owners who cannot leave the shop midday. They are not on the public calendar, so call 800.555.7846 and ask for business banking.

Is there a notary at every branch?

Every staffed branch has at least one notary on site during lobby hours, and the service is free for members. Book it as a reason anyway so we can confirm coverage on the day you plan to come.

Do I need an appointment to apply for a loan?

No. Applications can be completed online at any hour, and preapprovals often come back within minutes. Book an appointment when you want someone to walk through the structure, the term, and what the payment actually does to your budget.

Can someone come to my business instead?

Yes for commercial lending and merchant services. A business banker will visit your location within our service area, which is often more useful than a conference room when equipment or inventory is part of the conversation.

Thirty minutes, one clear answer

Reserve a slot with someone who does this work every day. No queue number, no handoffs, no repeating yourself.
